However, it’s not easy figuring out the right sized dumpster for your project. In fact, they fill up much more quickly once you start tossing everything in. For Household or Construction Debris:

** Dirt loads MUST be covered by the customer. Wet dirt is not allowed.

*** Flat rate is ONE material only, either dirt or concrete, any other mix will be treated as general debris and dumped by weight $150.00 per ton.

What you are disposing of will determine the correct dumpster size:

Waste Cleanup or One-Room Remodel:
Every project is different, but for most residential cleanups or room remodels a 20 cubic yard dumpster would be adequate. This size can hold approximately 6 truckloads of whatever waste or debris you have. However, if you are tossing out large furniture pieces or appliances, it may not be adequate.

Multiple Rooms Being Remodeled:
With several rooms being remodeled you will need a larger dumpster and a 30 cubic yard should be adequate. This would give you enough space to load up all your construction debris, so you will only need one dumpster delivery and pickup.

Getting Rid of the Junk Your Garage, Basement or Attic:
Most people tend to accumulate excess items that build up, get in the way or clog storage space. A 10 or 15 cubic yard dumpster would hold the items being tossed out of the storage space in an average sized home. Construction Sites:
